By using BIIRD Official Merchandise Website and making a purchase, you agree to our Terms of Service. We sell band merchandise and clothing from Ireland, with prices in Euro including VAT. Orders are subject to availability, and payments must be made in full at checkout. We deliver in Ireland, the EU, and internationally, with any customs fees outside Ireland paid by the buyer. You have the right to cancel within 14 days under Irish and EU law, provided items are returned unused and in original packaging (custom items excluded unless faulty). All site content is protected by intellectual property rights. We are not liable for indirect losses, and we process personal data in line with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
