Shipping policy

We ship all orders from Ireland using DPD. Shipping rates are simple and based on your location:

  • Republic of Ireland – All orders are shipped tracked at a flat rate of €7.50 for postage and packaging.

  • EU & UK – Orders are sent via tracked at a flat rate of €15 for postage and packaging

  • Australia – Orders are sent at a flat rate of €20 for postage and packaging (please note: these shipments are not tracked).

Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days after payment is received. During busy periods (such as new merch drops or holiday seasons), dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • Republic of Ireland: 2–5 working days

  • EU & UK: 5–10 working days

  • Australia: 10–20 working days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs checks, or other factors beyond our control.

Customs & Import Taxes
If you’re ordering from outside the Republic of Ireland, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply in your country.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • Tracked orders (ROI, EU, UK) include a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

  • For untracked orders (Australia), we cannot provide real-time updates or guarantee delivery dates.
