Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Your Right to Cancel
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Irish law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

How to Return

  • Email us at biirdband@gmail.com with the subject ORDER RETURN with your order number to start the return process.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • Keep your proof of postage until we confirm your refund.
  • We do not cover the cost of postage on returns.

Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns on:

  • Customised or personalised items (unless faulty)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

  • If an item is faulty, we’ll refund the full amount including shipping or offer a replacement.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return postage.

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
